Technical requirements

You can use the CMS on a laptop or desktop computer with internet access, using a recent version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari web browsers. The CMS is not compatible with older web browsers, or with mobile devices.

Anyone can create an account on the CMS if they have an appropriate client authentication certificate, which is typically held on a device such as a smart card or USB key. The certificate will only apply to a single user account.

Some document types (eg Pleadings, Applications and Requests) must be electronically signed in order to be uploaded. The electronic signature certificate may be held on the same authentication device, and it also will only apply to a single user.
